This is our new niece! Isn't she precious??!! She is Jake's brothers third daughter. Congrats Chad and Marykaye!!
Bailey had her four month check up and she did so good. She only cried for a minute after the shots! I was so proud of her! She now weighs 12lbs 10oz and is 25 1/2 inches long. She is in the 85% for height and the 25% for weight. Long and lean just like her dad! She is such a happy girl lately. She has this huge open mouth smile that she always does. I love getting her our of her crib in the morning and seeing her smiley face!! (although at 2am when we hear her in her crib playing and laughing I am not quite as happy). She laughs all the time right now and we love it!!!
Bailey is really enjoying her rice cereal lately,
but she always wants to grab the spoon from me and put it in her mouth herself! What four month-old baby wants to feed themself?? She also started holding her bottle on occasion. We only give her one bottle a day, but sometimes she wants to hold it. Bailey loves to roll around, and when she is on her stomach she can push forward. The doctor said that she will probably be crawling soon, so I guess it is time to baby proof my house.
She never wants to sit still which is so funny to us. Bailey has been such a joy for me to have and I LOVE being able to stay home with her. She has become my best little friend! I can't imagine life without her!
We had so much fun hosting another Halloween Party. It turned out to be so much fun. I made chili, salad, caramel/chocolate apples and everyone else brought food too. All the food was SOOO good! Thanks for everyone who came! We bobbed for apples, had a cake walke for the kids, and played the "doughnut game."
